 Field greens tossed with dried cranberries, asiago cheese, 

and a toasted pumpkin verjus dressing

 

Entrees

Roasted Turkey (white or dark meat) with Home style gravy, 

mashed potatoes & stuffing

 

Medalions of venison with a port reduction over parsnip puree

 with roasted vegetables

 

Baked Salmon wrapped in puff pastry with a parsley cream 

and  roasted vegetables

 

Half of a Long Island Crispy Duck served with an 

apricot cranberry  sauce over 

a  bed of  wild rice & vegetables

 

Baked glazed country Ham with candied yams and mashed potatoes
