For most people Hurricane Irene was a non event, however her visit to The Inn Spot On The Bay was quite the contrary. She arrived with a vengeance and left a trail of destruction. The flood waters claimed most of our restaurant refrigeration and equipment, and left us still cleaning up months later. Worst of all she destroyed our dock. Because none of this is covered by insurance we have implemented a major fund raising effort, reaching out to all our customers.
