The Inn Spot is the creation of partners, Pam Wolfert & Colette Connor. Pam born and raised on the East End of Long Island, has owned the Redford Gallery for the last eleven years and had for some time sought another venue which would allow her to combine her talents as a baker with her functional design flair. Colette, born in Ireland, attended school in Ireland and France before coming to America. She has worked in restaurants and hotel on the East End of Long Island, and in New York City, but loved the "Hamptons." Because of the richness of the local produce and seafood, the proximity to the city, and the unique culinary influences that are the result of the seasonal resort restaurant business.Together these two women have taken a love of food and all it's accouterments and created a spot for anyone who cares to enjoy good food, music, and surrounding.

The restaurant is located at 48 Quogue St. in Quogue, NY, is open year round and serves breakfast and lunch all year, and between May and October also serves dinner. Colette also runs a full service catering business, and party planning service. Specializing in off premise catering.
