Peconic, Tiana, & Shinnecock - The main House is a 1857 Victorian home - each room has it’s own bathroom and water view, Air conditioning, cable TV.

Villas 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 7 have a private bathroom and bedroom area Air conditioning, cable TV.

Villas 5, 8 & 9 have a bedroom, studio living area, full kitchen and private bath. These units have a private bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in living room area, Air conditioning & Cable TV.

Reservation policy:
All rates are quoted per night - double occupancy. Extra person charge $50 per night.
Two night minimum on holiday weekends. Check in is after 3pm. Check out is 11am. Early check ins and late check outs will be charged $40.00 per hour.

This is a non smoking facility. Guests smoking in the Inn or the Villas will be charged an extra night's fee while we return the room to non smoking status.
Pets allowed in Villa 1, Villa 2, and Villa 5 - pet fee applies ($35 per pet per night).
Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival may apply the deposit to a future stay.
Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to arrival forfeit the entire deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less will be charged at the full rate.

Deposits or payments must be made by credit card or check.
All checks must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
No-shows, late check-ins, or early check-outs will be responsible for the entire reservation.
