All prices are based on double occupancy.
The in-season rates (Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend):
Small villa (incl. bedroom and bathroom): $150 weekdays (per day), $250 weekend (Friday and Satuirday) per night, two night minimum.
Large villa (incl. bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen with table and chairs) and Main House suites: $250 weekdays (per day), $350 weekend per night, two night minimum.
Reservation policy:
All rates are quoted per night - double occupancy. Extra person charge $50 per night.
2 night minimum on weekend nights (Fri., Sat.) Memorial Day through Colombus Day weekend.
3 night minimum on holiday weekends. All holidays are charged at weekend rates.

This is a non smoking facility. Guests smoking in the Inn or the Villas will be charged an extra night's fee while we return the room to non smoking status.
Pets allowed in Villa1 and Villa 2 only - pet fee applies ($50 per pet per night).
Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with full payment due upon arrival.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival incur a $50 cancellation fee per room per night.
Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to arrival forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less will be charged at the full rate.
Deposits or payments must be made by credit card or check.
All checks must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
No-shows, late check-ins, or early check-outs will be responsible for the entire reservation.
