The Inn Spot On The Bay boasts the Hamptons first Platinum Chef, Executive Cheffe Colette. Our award winning restaurant is located on the entrance level of the Main House. The inside dining area is elegant and cozy at the same time. The ceilings are high, and the original moulding from the early 1900's has been completely restored and adds fine detail to the already picturesque room. The French doors open to the outside dining area, which is a turn of the century wrap around verandah with sweeping bay views from every seat. The restaurant is open for dinner and weekend brunch year round, and lunch daily in season.
