Introducing Crash Cantina - an eclectic indoor dining room and expansive outdoor patio overlooking the bay. With a name inspired by the idea of innovation crashing into tradition, the Latin American-inspired menu is predominantly seafood-focused with dishes like Montauk Fluke Ceviche, Local Oysters with mango and passion fruit mignonette and Bloody Mary cocktail sauce, Duck Confit Sopes with salsa verde.
An assortment of non-traditional tacos, salads and bowls will be available with Smoked Mushroom Carnitas, Crispy Local Fish with corn and daikon slaw, Apple Cider Smoked Chicken with mole verde. The cocktail menu has an impressive list of mezcal and tequila to be enjoyed on their own or in housemade margaritas like mango, passionfruit, tamarind, pineapple and hibiscus.
